一、产品特点概述

该机是根据玻璃的安全防爆及楼体施工时对玻璃安装施工保护新要求专门开发的防爆膜和中空玻璃保护膜覆膜机。该机主要适用于单层、多层中空玻璃、以及各类板面平整的产品进行保护膜敷贴的专用机械设备。

随着该设备的推出，在保留原有玻璃等平板类贴膜工艺要求的基础上，成功解决的传统的单片玻璃覆膜机在为中空玻璃贴膜时出现的破碎以及中心贴敷不到的难题。市场上原有的设备因为结构原因在调整不当时，由于上压辊下落的幅度不同、无法保证上下辊始终平行，造成中空玻璃单边受力过于集中出现的玻璃破碎现象和中空玻璃中心位置覆膜出现严重的空鼓问题。整机结构简单、操作方便、控制灵活的特点，非常适应广大平面板材生产厂和中空玻璃制造厂的需求。根据客户要求，我厂可以提供的产品组合灵活多变。选装辅助翻片上下片台、拼接组合覆膜、定尺纵向、横向裁切保护膜等
